  • 2 1/2 cups unflavored potato chips finely ground
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat 2 tablespoons thinly sliced butter 8 lemon wedges for serving
  • 3 tablespoons tartar sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  1. Gently fold together crushed chips, crabmeat, tartar sauce, and mustard in a medium mixing bowl until well combined. Make 8 patties out of the mixture.
